Jeremy Goldscheider is producing the film with Kihou productions. The film is directed by award wining Brazilian director Richard Goldgewicht and lensed by Costa Rican cinematographer Francisco Bulgarelli. The screenplay is written by managing editor of the Los Angeles Jewish Journal, Amy Klein.  Tel Aviv was cast by Sobo Casting and shot on location in Lancaster, CA utilizing an Israeli and International crew.
